Chaos sucks! We are living in a world where all these external influences are happening around us - a global pandemic, global warming, extended lockdowns - all beyond our control. And you want to find a way to manage all this chaos and change around you so you can release the worry, the stress and your frustrations and find contentment and peace in your world again.
But the key to finding that peace and contentment is within you. You need to start looking into how you can control your inner world so you can recognize that the internal response to whatever is happening around you determines how you feel and think about yourself and your life. Not your external circumstances.
