Ever been curious about what goes down in a 1-1 coaching session with myself?
In this episode I actually share a recording from a coaching session I had with one of my 1-1 clients! (Don't worry Abi gave me her permission)
We have been working together so far week to week across the course of a month. Abi also took part in my NYNM group program during this time.
In this session we broke down the struggles she was having around taking on a positive perspective, commitment, discipline and even taking action towards her goals.
This is just a small portion of our session together but I know it will be a huge benefit to so many of you.
