We all experience negative self talk and limiting beliefs in one way or another. It's one thing to be able to identify these thoughts as they arise but then we have to be able to overcome them and change that belief in order to progress forward.
In this episode I am joined by Pascale Attalah and we talk all about how you can start breaking down your limiting beliefs and rewriting your own narrative!
About Pascale:
"I was born and raised in Lebanon, during the war. I left when I was 19 because my choices as a woman were either to get married or live with my parents until I do. I moved to France where I got a masters in chemical engineering then moved to the IS where I received a PHD in chemistry to become the first doctor in my family. I work in sustainability and mentor women in STEM. My mission is to experience what women go through as they follow their career path so that I can help them go through the experience without losing themselves. I have received several awards for the work I do in the community including inspirational leader award from the chamber of commerce and mentor award from the engineer foundation."
