In this episode I share insights into my purpose and how I found it.
Activities in episode:
The life purpose exercise:
- List two of your unique personal qualities, such as enthusiasm and creativity.
- List 1-2 ways you enjoy expressing those qualities when interacting with others, such as support and inspire.
- Assume you live in the perfect world. What does it look like? How is everyone interacting with everyone else? What does it feel like? Write your answers as statements in present tense describing the perfect world you see and feel.
- Everyone is freely expressing their talents
- Everyone is spreading love
- Combine the three steps into a single statement
- My purpose is to use my (qualities) to (interactions) to (perfect world)
Journal Prompts:
- What is your purpose for living?
- What is your unique roll in the universe?
- How inspire does the world make you feel?
